Il nostro soggiorno è stato veramente bello. L'appartamento è molto pulito e bello, oltre che fornito di aria condizionata.La cosa che abbiamo apprezzato di + però è la gentilezza del proprietario (Zvonimir),che ci ha accolto con un boccale di birra,cucina dell'ottimo pesce fresco a soli 9€(un'orata e un branzino,1/2 KG a testa) ed è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi informazione. Da consigliare a tutti,anche per i prezzi bassi dell'appartamento

wir bedanken uns nochmalse für zwei tollen Wochen unseres Sommerurlaubes bei Ihnen in Porec. Wir würden gern diesmal mit unseren Bekannten wieder bei Ihnen im Sommer 2006 unseren Urlaub verbringen.  Wir würden uns freuen, wenn Sie für uns unsere damalige Ferienwohnung reservieren würden.

Wir waren 16 Tage bei Ihnen und haben keinen Tag bereut. Die sehr gute Betreuung Ihrerseits und die sehr schöne Wohnung haben uns überzeugt. Ja wir kommen wieder. Nicht nur die Ruhe sonder auch der nahe gelegene Strand und die Stadt sind die richtige Umgebung für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Auch Freunden haben wir Ihr Haus schon weiterempfohlen weil wir dieses bedenkenlos machen konnten. Das ganze Paket ( Vermieter, Haus, Wohnung und Umgebung ) bekommt von uns die volle Punktzahl.

Wir möchten uns noch einmal recht herzlich für die nicht selbstverständliche Gastfreundschaft und für das Präsent bedanken.

Casa ben curata, pulita e ubicata in un contesto tranquillo. Buona accoglienza dei proprietari che, al nostro arrivo, ci hanno offerto per cena un''ottima grigliata di carne. Rispetto all''annuncio manca la vista mare, peraltro lontanuccio, e visibile presumibilmente solo dal secondo piano. Necessita l''auto per il raggiungimento del centro di Porec. Due i problemi riscontrati a causa della nostra lunga permanenza (quasi 3 settimane): - Mancanza della pulizia alla fine di ogni settimana (pur promessa per iscritto) - pulizia comunque fattibile dietro pagamento aggiuntivo. - Occorre chiedere il cambio della biancheria (di solito viene fatto automaticamente allo scadere di ogni settimana).

"Un excellent endroit pour passer de bonnes vacances et visiter l'istrie. Le logement est très propre et se trouve au calme avec facilité de stationnement. Les propriétaires sont trés sympatiques et organisent des soirées grillades très conviviales"

L'appartamento è ampio, confortevole e pulito e i proprietari molto disponibili e ospitali. Porec è la cittadina dell'Istria che mi è piaciuta di più sia dal punto di vista baleare che da quello turstico-monumentale. Un indirizzo da raccomandare!"

We appreciated a lot our stay. Owners are very kind and helpful, organizing BBQ evenings. Cosy and comfortable house in a quiet area, clean, well equipped and decorated with taste. Close to the beach, not far from the center of Poreč, convenient for trips in the surrounding area. Place to recommend!.
